Description

WHEN:

Thursday, March 19 at 6:30 PM in Metcalf Ballroom

WHAT:

The students of Boston University invite you to participate in an open, constructive and safe conversation on issues of race, prejudice and campus culture on March 19 at 6:30 PM on the second floor of the GSU.

Students will be randomly seated at roundtables with a faculty or staff member present and discuss a series of questions presented to them by a student moderator. At the conclusion of the program, students will have a chance to share their highlights in an open reflection format.

WHY:

Topics that involve race are always uncomfortable to discuss, but it's important that we as the BU community take a big step towards solidarity despite our diverse ethnic backgrounds, beliefs, and ideologies.
